Aaron Bartelt is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in both construction management and law. After graduating law school, Aaron worked in the construction industry for nearly a decade serving as a Vice President and Project Manager for a commercial mechanical contractor. As a contractor, he gained valuable expertise and insight into day-to-day operations in the construction industry; this provided Aaron with a unique understanding of the construction industry and what it takes to build a project, something that sets him apart from many other construction lawyers. Aaron also gained valuable expertise with negotiating construction contracts, handling claims that arise on projects, and tending to the day-to-day management and coordination that is required for all contractors that are building projects. His experience overseeing complex projects and managing teams in the construction industry provides Aaron with unique insight into the everyday risks and stresses faced by industry clients.
Throughout his career, Aaron has established himself as a results-driven individual, known for his ability to handle various challenges related to construction, employment, and business matters. He is detail-oriented and a skilled communicator who loves a challenge.
Aaron holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia (2013) and B.B.A. in Economics & Finance from Baylor University (2010). He resides in Prairie Village with his loving wife and is a proud parent of three children.
